2. Approval Process
Applications are reviewed within 2 business days. Access to the vendor portal is granted only upon approval by QONG Systems.

3. Product Listings
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of all product information, datasheets, and specifications uploaded to the portal. QONG Systems may remove listings that do not meet quality standards.

4. Confidentiality
Vendors must not disclose confidential information about QONG Systems' customers, projects, or internal processes obtained through portal access.

5. Compliance
Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export control laws, anti-bribery laws, and data protection regulations.

6. Termination
QONG Systems may suspend or terminate vendor portal access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
